Overview
Celotex XR3000 is a PIR insulation designed to overcome thermal bridging. This board is available in 110-200mm thickness to enable the highest levels of thermal insulation and energy efficiency. Description Celotex PIR boards are the market leaders, providing the thickest highest performance PIR insulation board on the market. The XR3000 board is available in 110-200mm thick boards with 'R Values' of up to 8.65m²K/W enabling you to far out perform current building regulations. Main Applications Celotex is widely specified for use in: Technical Information Reaction to fire: Euroclass F Thermal conductivity of 0.023W/mK Sheet size: 2400x1200mm
Overview Celotex GA3000 boards are highly efficient PIR based thermal insulation boards for use in cavities, timberframe buidings, roofs and many other applications. Description Celotex GA3000 general purpose thermal insulation is a foil faced PIR (polyisocyanurate) based foam board which comes in thicknesses from 50 to 100mm. Mostly used in roof, wall and floor systems; it is easy to cut, shape and handle and achieves reliable long-term energy savings for buildings of all descriptions. Because celotex boards are made from PIR foam not the more flamable PUR foam like some cheaper alternatives the boards have managed to achieve a Euroclass D fire rating and a surface spread of fire rating of class 1 (50-90mm boards). Celotex PIR foam has a thermal conductivity of 0.023W/mK Main Applications Celotex is widely specified for use in: Technical Information Reaction to fire: Euroclass D (except 50mm and 100mm which is Euroclass F) BS 476-7: Class 1 (50mm-90mm only) Thermal conductivity of 0.023W/mK Sheet size: 2400x1200mm
Overview Celotex TB3000 is a multi purpose insulation board developed to provide simple solutions for overcoming localised thermal bridging. Description Celotex TB3000 is manufactured from rigid PIR using a blend of blowing agents that have zero ozone depletion polential (Zero OPD) and a low global warming impact. The T-Break name stems from the design function of the range, which is to provide simple solutions to overcome thermal bridges. Celotex is unique in being able to offer boards as thin as 12mm for this purpose. Technical Information Reaction to fire: Euroclass F Surface spread of flame: BS 476:1997 Part 7 - Class 1 Celotex PIR foam has a thermal conductivity of 0.023W/mK Main Applications Celotex is widely specified for use in: Technical Information Reaction to fire: Euroclass F BS 476-7 Class 1 Thermal conductivity of 0.023W/mK Sheet size: 2400x1200mm
