	RP70Si Automatic Threshold Seal The RP70Si is a fully morticed version of the RP38Si. It is a heavy duty threshold seal and is reversable for left and right handed operation. The RP70Si version is a silicon fire rated seal (different profile). Applications:- Single and double butt hinged doors. (Min. door thickness 45mm). Min/max gap size: up to 13mm. Durability: Completed 1,000,000 cycles without failure. Adjustment: Self-levelling on uneven surfaces - can be adjusted independantly of the fixing screws. Fixing: Mortised, end plates supplied are 70mm x 25mm. STL of up to 27.0dB on a 44mm door when used with appropriate head and jamb seals. Supplied in 450mm, 610mm, 920mm (PART CODE SE330), 1067mm (PART CODE SE332), 1220mm (PART CODE SE334) and 1500mm lengths (PLEASE NOTE: seals cut back to next lowest width ONLY for exact size). This seal is spring loaded to lift clear of the floor as soon as the door leaf is opened by a few millimetres. All fixings supplied. This aesthetic seal, incorporating a kick plate, is installed into a solid core door in a semi-morticed manner. It is adjustable for left and right hand operation. When semi-morticing an minimum door thickness of 50mm should be maintained. It is also reversable and can be surface mounted. The RP38Si version is fire rated silicon insert. seal insert. Applications:- Single and double butt hinged door bottoms. Min/max gap size: 3mm/13mm. Durability: Completed 1,000,000 cycles without failure. Adjustment: Self-levelling on uneven surfaces - can be adjusted independantly of the fixing screws. Fixing: Can be rebated into the side of the door or flush mounted the other way round. STL of up to 28.8dB on a 44mm door when used with appropriate head and jamb seals. Supplied in 450mm, 610mm, 920mm (PART CODE SE220), 1067mm (PART CODE SE222), 1220mm (PART CODE SE224) and 1500mm lengths (PLEASE NOTE: seals cut back to next lowest width ONLY for exact size). Click to see installation details	RP8Si Automatic Threshold Seal A medium duty automatic door bottom seal fully morticed into the bottom of a door with a 34mm x 15mm groove. This seal is a very effective acoustic threshold seal when used in conjunction with appropriate head and jamb seals. This seal is also available in an RP8Si version has a fire rated silicon seal insert. Applications:- Single and double butt hinged doors. Min/max gap size: 3mm/13mm. Durability: Completed 1,000,000 cycles without failure. Adjustment: Self-levelling on uneven surfaces - can be adjusted independantly of the fixing screws. Fixing: Mortised, end plates supplied are 60mm x 22mm. STL of up to 27.4dB on a 40mm door when used with appropriate head and jamb seals. 	RP60 Automatic Threshold Seal A face mounted, easy to install, automatic door bottom seal Applications:- Single or double butt hinged doors. Min/max gap size: 3mm/15mm. Durability: Completed 500,000 cycles without failure. Adjustment: Self-levelling on uneven surfaces - can be adjusted independantly of the fixing screws. Fixing: Face mounted applications. Supplied in 915mm length only but customer can cut back down to 450mm minimum. (PART CODE SE290) This seal is spring loaded to lift clear of the floor as soon as the door leaf is opened by a few millimetres. All fixings supplied. 	RP31 Compression Threshold Seal A heavy duty sweep type doors seal with good compression action. This seal does not allow for any adjustment so should not be used in situations that require this facility. This seal must be used in conjunction with an RP82 threshold plate. Applications:- Door bottoms, meeting stiles, bumper strip. Min/max gap size: User determined. A heavy duty sweep type seal with good compression. Simply fitted to the bottom of the door without any rebating Supplied in 1m (PART CODE SE200) and 2m (PART CODE SE210) lengths. All fixings supplied.
	RP4 A storm proof and acoustic door bottom seal which defies any rain infiltration with its multiblade seal. It can be fitted square cut to the bottom of the door without the need to remove the door first providing there is a 25mm gap under the door before the seal is installed. This seal is supplied along with the threshold plate but can be ordered as an RP4T if the user requires only the bottom seal without the threshold plate. (The RP4T without threshold plate is ideal for use with up and over roll-up type doors. Applications:- Door bottoms. Min/max gap size: User determined. Simply fitted to the bottom of the door without any rebating Supplied in 1m lengths (PART CODE SE110). All fixings supplied.
	Threshold Plates Applications:- For use with all our RP range of threshold seals. RP95 top surface flat. (Disabled access approved) (PART CODE SE410). RP66 designed as an optimum acoustic sealing surface over the top of carpets. Has concealed fixings with self-adhesive aluminium insert. (Disabled access approved) (PART CODE SE320) RP82 should be used with the RP31 compression seal above. (Disabled access approved) (PART CODE SE380). Supplied in 1m lengths All fixings supplied.
