		PVC Nitrile Sponge Foam PVC Nitrile is a high quality flexible closed cell material offering excellent isolating qualities. The material is an elastomeric rubber, black in colour, with a smooth tough outer protective skin and due to its flexibility is easily applied to curved surafces or deformed to fit complex shapes. The material has the additional benefit of being Class 0 fire rated to Building Regulations.
The product is used in many varied applications and industries including construction, marine, automotive, H&V and OEM. Also often used by car enthusiasts as an alternative to Dynamat Hoodliner and Dynaliner. Common applications include: pipe lagging, duct insulation, thermal insulation for chiller services, heating ducts and pipes. It can also be used as a resilient spacing layer or as a fixed gasket.
