    NOTES:
All edges must be well sealed with acoustic sealant.
The framework should be isolated from contact with the perimeter structure using our 10mm thick neoprene isolation strips.
The plasterboard should be kept around 5mm away from the surrounding structure and this gap sealed with acoustic sealant.
    Plasterboard seams should not coincide.

    MODIFICATIONS:
Using just 2 x 12.5mm standard plasterboard sheets each side with our acoustic quilt in the cavity space will give 54 RwdB
Substituting wooden studwork for the metal stud will reduce the performance by around 3dB
