APPLICATIONS
Steel Acoustic Doorsets are available in a wide range of options. They are supplied as complete assemblies including the frame, doorleaf, seals and hinges and can be used wherever high sound reduction performance is required between noise sensitive areas such as:

Standard Primed galvanised steel finish as standard with optional RAL colour coatings.

VISION PANELS
Vision panel options are as follows:
Square 500x500mm
Rectangular 500x800mm
Circular 400mm diameter
Circular 500mm diameter

ACOUSTIC SEALS
Perimeter seals are integrally fitted in the frames as standard.

IRONMONGERY
All doorsets are supplied with hinges and seals prefitted. A single point locking mechanism with stainless steel lever handle is supplied as standard.
A triple point locking mechanism is available as an optional extra
A panic bar is available as an optional extra.

INSTALLATION
To make the contractors life simpler, all our doors arrive on-site fully made up and ready to fit. This includes all preparation and sizing of the door frames and powder coated finish saving time and energy.

Installation could not be easier. The dry fix technique is reliant on screws and silicone sealant rather than concrete. It means our doors can be quickly and easily fitted to different wall types with a minimum amount of fuss.
