ACOUSTIC BLINDS filter both light and sound.

In an open plan office, a quiet atmosphere is essential to allow people to concentrate. A meeting, however, is only effective when all participants can hear each other clearly. The acoustic treatment of the window surfaces is frequently identified as an essential requirement for meeting rooms situated adjacent to open plan workspace.

The function of our Acoustic Blinds is to absorb sound reflections. The blades consist of an acoustic core, protected on both sides by an acoustic fabric covering.

The blinds behave as a conventional rail systems and conform to fire safety requirements.

  • They are manufactured from recycled PET bottles and plant fibres.
  • They are free from glue/binding agents.
  • They are not sensitive to damp or moisture.
  • They cannot rot or mould
  • They contain no harmful fibres that may cause scratching or allergic reactions.

Please Note: These Acoustic Blinds are not designed to reduce traffic noise coming in through windows. They are an absorber product for reducing the reverberation time in highly glazed offices they are not an insulation product.
